THE LOCATION
Ocean Isle Beach has so much to offer! Savor striking local eateries, kayaking, fishing, putt-putt, and so much more on the island. The home is located only a 1-min. walk away from some of Ocean Isle Beach's most handsome walking trails! There are also multiple golf courses just a short 5-min. drive from the island. Vistas from this home include the deep blue ocean, the Intracoastal waterway, and Shallotte Inlet. This luxury home is only a "Rhoback" from the shore!
PROPERTY DETAILS
This property comes entirely supplied with all the amenities you will need to have a comforting and calming vacation. Conveniences begin with covered parking and lighting for up to 6 cars. You will have access to a private pool (pool heating option available for an additional cost, please see “Important Information” for more details), tiki bar and an outdoor shower. Intelligent TVs are located in every bedroom and in the main living areas on both floors. Blackout curtains are located in every bedroom to ensure a good nighttime's rest. The first floor has a queen size sleeper couch, and foosball table with a huge deck that features an ocean view. The second floor has a sizable open living area, featuring another enormous deck with a gorgeous vistas. The living room has an electric fireplace to make your stay more comfortable. There is a huge walk-in pantry for plenty of storage. To make your stay with us feel a little more like home, this property includes a propane gas grille. Additionally, this home comes with six (6) beach chairs for you and your event to utilize at your leisure. All Stellar Beach units include bed and bath linens for all stays. This home has keyless entry. If you drive an electric car.. you're in luck! This home is equipped with a charging station.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Pool heating is an additional $50 per nighttime with a 3-nighttime minimum. If you would like pool heating, please let us know at the time of booking or at least 30 days prior to your stay. *Please note* pool heating is only available between October 1st – May 15th.
Pre-approval is required for events under age 30.
Smoking is not allowed at any Stellar Beach Property.

Outdoor perimeter security cameras are in place for the safety of the property. There are no cameras inside the property.
Fire pits and deep fryers are not allowed for use at this property due to the safety hazards they pose.

Pet Policy
The Rhoback is a Pet Friendly Property for a $400 non-returnable pet fee. You can bring up to two family family pets. Homeowner Approval is required. Any pet left unattended must be crated and cannot be left outside. Two 42" crates with optional divider panel are supplied for you, located on the ground floor. No pets are allowed on the furnishings or beds. No pets are allowed in the pool. You will be charged an additional pet fee if these rules are not followed. Please e-mail us a copy of your pets most refreshed vaccination record, proof of flea and tick treatment, as well as a photo of your pet to begin the approval process. If a pet is found on the property without approval, an additional fee will be applied to your stay. Please send approval information at least 1 week in advance of your stay date.


CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel any reservation and receive a full refund of all amounts paid if you notify Stellar Beach in writing (by e-mail or letter) of your intention to cancel the reservation at least ninety (90) days prior to the check-in date. In the event that you cancel your reservation within ninety (90) days of your check-in date, for any or no reason, (including the failure to pay the final payment due 90 days before the stay), including inclement weather, you shall not be eligible for a refund of any payments made to Stellar Beach.

We offer Standard Trip Insurance which covers you 100% of Trip Cost up to $100,000 if your cancellation reasons fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons. The cost of Standard Trip Insurance is 7% of the total booking price. Standard Trip Insurance can be purchased up to 30 days before your stay.
We offer Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) Trip Insurance which covers you 100% of Trip Cost up to $100,000 if your cancellation reasons fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons (listed above) and 60% reimbursement if your cancellation reason does not fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons. The cost of CFAR Trip Insurance is 10.8% of the total booking price. CFAR Trip Insurance can only be purchased in the period of two weeks after your booking has been made and only if check-in is more than 30 days out.

Museum of Coastal Carolina and Ingram Planetarium are also worth visiting.   • Book your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups book their Summer rental homes during Thanksgiving and Christmas get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Ocean Isle Beach. To get the largest rental home within your budget, we suggest booking in the Spring or Fall. You'll enjoy lower rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at your favorite restaurants and activities. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during June, July, and August.
  • Property managers sometimes offer discounts for veterans and active duty military. Ask your host or property manager if special discounts are available for your group.

Trip insurance, which will generally cost between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed trip time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional gas expenses.
