About this Property

Note: During this uncertain time the cleaning crew and unit management for The Seascape would like you to know that we are going the additional mile to keep you safe and secure. We are stringently following the CDC guidelines for cleaning procedures and cleaning products that are also eco-friendly. In addition to using those guidelines during general cleaning of the home, we also treat the beds and bed foundations on each turn day along with using protectors on the pillows. The linen, linens, table cloths and placemats are changed after each guest and there is cleaned additional linens and blankets bagged and left in closets for your use. And the sleeper couch is completely pulled open, changed out and thoroughly cleaned. Furthermore, there is an ionic cleaner in the home to help remove any airborne impurities. If you have any questions about The Seascape cleaning procedures, then please don’t hesitate to contact the unit manager.

The Seascape is refreshed with new linens and linens. It is just steps away from the sandy beaches on Holden Beach, NC. A super tidy and comfortable second row holiday home with sea vistas for your family to savor. The Seascape's turn days are Sunday to Sunday during prime season (June-August) and it offers accommodations for the memory making stay. No matter the occasion or reason for coming, The Seascape offers year-round appreciation. Plan a game of corn hole beside the home with family and friends, grille on the barbie with the gas grille (we will have it all set up with grilling tools and a disposal area), appreciate the sounds of the surf from the sea facing outdoor space or settle inside in one of the appealing chairs for some rent time. The garage area is sizable and parking is available with ease for 4-5 cars. There are beach buggies, beach chairs and standard beach umbrellas available as well as an outdoor shower to wash the sun-kissed sand off your body from a great day at the beach. A PIng Pong table, paddles and balls are available. Bikes or a golf cart are available for rental through your Unit Manager. Our folks taking care of your stay are local and ready to make it a major appreciation. Want to add a round of golf or a local's massage just ask, we can set you up. How about a Carolina Steam Pot for dinner. We can help arrange this. Grocery shopping got you down, our team can have it all unpacked and awaiting your arrival. And after an evening out with family and friends or a late walk on the beach, your nighttime arrival back to The Seascape will be well lighted by exterior motion sensor lights at nearly every turn. Choose this splendid home with (1) queen bed in the sea side bedroom and (1) double and (1) single bed in the street-side bedroom. These two bedrooms have a shared generous tub/shower combo bathroom and the master bedroom on the opposite side of the home has (1) NEW king bed and a private tub/shower combo bathroom. All bedrooms are supplied with Roku stick streaming TV's. The kitchen/dining/sitting room are all close so families can enjoy the camaraderie of meals together or the holiday puzzle table. The sitting/living area has a enormous 55” screen HD TV. This area also has a sleeper couch, which rounds out the ability to sleep (9) visitors. The washer and dryer are located in the kitchen area and the kitchen is well supplied. If there is something you want to make sure we have, just ask. The staff is ready to assist. With this rental we offer the golfer the ability to play at Lockwood Folly Golf Course located just 10 mins. away from the home or we can set up massage appointments from a local therapist that will come to you or you can go to her office, which is also about 10 mins. away.
