When making a reservation, you must be 25 to rent with us. We do not rent to locals.
All guests must sign an Affordable Sizable Properties rental agreement and also submit a copy of their Drivers License to Affordable Grand Properties. Also, the renter must be 25 years of age or older. Affordable Giant Properties will cancel the reservation if you are under the age of 25 and or a local.

About the Area

This condo is located in Sunset Beach. While the natural beauty of Ocean Isle Beach and Holden Beach can be enjoyed by anyone, those looking for an activity can check out Cherry Grove Pier.
Ingram Planetarium and Museum of Coastal Carolina are also worth visiting. Spend some time exploring the area's activities, including golfing.

  • Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Local residents can frequently help. Who better to ask where to charter a fishing boat, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fine dining?
  • Lock your rental while you're out and about. Keep your property safe!
  • Don't leave anything behind! Before departing, walk through the rental property to confirm you've collected all belongings. Make sure to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Walk through the property one final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We suggest walking through with the host whenever you can. If the property manager isn't available, remember to take pictures of the property to record its condition.
