Interior amenities include a washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, central heat & air, 2 color cable TVs, DVD player, WIFI & ceiling fans. Exterior amenities include an outside shower, permanent grille, screen porch, roof deck & covered porch. This is stringently a ***NON SMOKING*** & ***NO PETS*** home. HOME IS NOT EQUIPPED FOR ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING

About the Area

This vacation home is located in Sunset Beach. While the natural beauty of Ocean Isle Beach and Holden Beach can be enjoyed by anyone, those looking for an activity can check out Cherry Grove Pier.
Ingram Planetarium and Museum of Coastal Carolina are also worth visiting.
