This elegant coastal home offers wide plank floor throughout, an handsome modern kitchen, and roughly 2,744 square feet of living space. An elevator offers painless access to the top floor, which includes an open concept kitchen, dining area, and living room. Enormous windows bring light inside; glass doors open to an broad covered deck.

The main level offers a second living room with ample seating and a pool table. There is a wet bar with mini-refrigerator and ice maker and a 1/2 bathroom dedicated for this living room. On this level, there are also 3 bedrooms with their own private bathrooms, two with king-sized beds and one with 2 bunk beds (4 single beds). All of the bedrooms have intelligent tv's.

On the top level, you will find 2 more bedrooms with king-sized beds and full bathrooms as well as the main living room open to the kitchen and dining room.

You must be at least 28 years old to book and if your group is not related, the average age of all adults (not including kids) must not be under 30 years old.

NO Family Animals — if you bring an unauthorized pet you will be asked to leave immediately and no refund will be given.

NO Smoking inside or on/around the premise

NO fire pits or deep fryers allowed on premise

Please be aware that there are exterior security cameras located on the premises directed towards the parking area and/or entrances for added security and tranquility of mind.

We cannot guarantee the elevator will be working due to circumstances out of our control. Please read elevator instructions CAREFULLY before operating (found in the notebook in home). User error will result in a service charge. No kids are allowed in the elevator unsupervised. Use at your own risk

Pool and/or Spa is private and unattended, so swim at your own risk. All kids must be supervised in the water at all time by an adult. No food, drinks, alcohol, glass, etc are allowed in or around the pool. Pools are serviced weekly. Please keep in mind that due to tropical nature of the island, it is not unusual to find unexpected debris and sand in the pool.

For this home the linens and towels are included in the cleaning price! We provide bed linens, 1 set of towels per person (1 set includes 1 body towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 wash cloth), and a kitchen towel. We provide a basic starter pack of essentials for your first day including a roll of toilet paper in each restroom, hand soap, a roll of paper towels, and a trash can liner. (Last min. bookings: We need at least 24hr notice in order to provide linens)

You'll enjoy lower rental rates, better selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of large crowds at your favorite restaurants and activities. Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
