Sunbathe on lounge chairs between invigorating swims. Or, kick back and breathe the salty air while calming on two covered porches (front and rear). You’ll appreciate being located a short walk to private beach access and within painless walking distance to island eateries, coffee stores, Holden Beach Chapel, city park, and music venue.

Inside, find updated furnishings in the living and dining room, and a well-equipped kitchen with new appliances (2021). Savor a coveted open layout, complete with four bedrooms all on one floor. Four TVs, equipped with cable and/or a DVD player, provide entertainment. Central air conditioning plus heating, ceiling fans, and an enclosed outdoor shower add convenience.
