Appreciate this roomy apartment full of southern appeal a short 10 min. walk to Downtown Wilmington and the riverfront. The apartment features a cavernous 3 bedrooms, a comfortable living room, dining room, and a kitchen that’s completely loaded.

Bedroom 1: This is the master bedroom. It has a Queen sized bed, a TV with access to Netflix, and cable; closet and dresser space and plenty of natural lighting.

Bedroom 2: Another sizable sized bedroom which has a queen sized bed, closet and dresser space.

Bedroom 3 : Guest bedroom with two twin beds, dresser and closet space.

Living room: The living room offers cozy seating for 6 and a TV for entertainment.

Bathroom: One full bathroom located upstairs with the necessary haircare products. A powder room downstairs with a toilet and sink for freshening up
