Welcome to “Nothin’ Holden Us Back” This like-new bespoke-constructed home offers 5 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, 2 screened-in porches, multiple decks, and a saltwater pool and spa. This beach home features gorgeous second-row ocean vistas and is only a few homes away from the beach access, providing the luxury and proximity to the beach for your ideal vacation!

Inside the home:

Upper level
Master: The top-level master features a king bed, TV, and walk-in closet accompanied by two additional closets. The adjoining bathroom offers a sizable double sink, private toilet, and a handsomely tiled walk-in shower with multiple shower heads and a shower seat.

Kitchen, Living and Dining
Gourmet kitchen with stainless appliances. A white multi-level granite counter offers ample space to prepare and serve food, while family and friends sit at the high-top bar area. The kitchen includes a wine refrigerator, separate ice maker, air fryer, and more! A huge dining room table, additional game table, half-bathroom, and sizable family room with seating for 12+ guests is just steps away from the kitchen.

The kitchen is supplied with all of your home needs plus an airfryer, Nutri-bullet, kitchen-aid, insta-pot, shaker bottles, and plenty of glassware (or plastic for the pool) for adult beverages

Screened Porch and Deck There is no better view to watch the waves come crashing in than from the top floor screened-in porch. This huge screened-in porch is a rare find on Holden Beach! Equipped with two sitting chairs each with their own ottoman, coffee table, and a couch that can seat four; there is plenty of room for your family to gather. Just outside the screened-in porch is the top-level deck that features three Adirondack chairs offering great vistas of the island.

Second floor
Ocean facing King: The second-floor king bedroom contains a king bed, closet with constructed-ins, a TV, and multiple enormous windows offering tons of natural light.

Ocean facing Queen: Features a queen bed, intelligent TV, a chaise, desk, and three huge windows facing out towards the second-floor deck.

The second-floor deck is located off the ocean-facing king and queen bedroom. With rocking chairs and hammocks, it is the ideal spot to savor some peaceful time or a great read!

Queen w/ attached screened-in porch: You will appreciate the sunset vistas in this queen bedroom featuring a queen bed, walk-in closet, desk, SMART TV, and door to a private screened-in porch. The screened-in porch is equipped with brand new furnishings featuring two sitting chairs, a modest side table, a large coffee table, and a couch ideal for watching your kids play in the pool or taking in the outstanding marsh vistas. The screened-in porch has steps off the back leading down towards the covered parking and pool deck.

Kids Bunk Room: This home features a bedroom with two sets of bunk beds ideal for the young kiddos in your crew! The bunk room features a closet with constructed-in shelving as well as a TV.

Two roomy bathrooms are available between the four bedrooms. Each bathroom has a double sink and separate shower and toileting area. One of the bathrooms features a bath/shower while the other is shower only. There are hooks for towels/bathing suits and space below the counter to store your toiletries and any other beauty needs. Hair dryers supplied.

Ground level/entrance
The bottom floor/main entryway contains a cavernous mud room offering an additional refrigerator & freezer and ample storage. We provide Tommy Bahama beach chairs, sand toys, bicycles, and more!

Backyard & Pool
The fenced-in pool area contains a salt-water pool and adjoining spa. The pool deck offers lounge chairs, a six-person table with additional bench seating, a grille, a modest grass area, and a fire pit to maximize your fun time! There are two entrance points to the pool available on either side of the home and an outdoor shower (hot & cold water) just steps away from the pool deck.

Most of the home furnishings are west-elm or other high-end brands so you can ensure quality and comfort during your stay.
