Pier Haven is a meticulously refreshed new modern luxury beach home offering two distinct units that can be booked separately or as an entire home. With two identical levels (Unit A and B), each featuring an open floorplan with three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, this haven combines a sleek design with the comfort of home. Each unit features its own private entrance, kitchen, living space with a fireplace, and covered decks that provide broad oceanfront vistas, ensuring ample space and privacy for your group to luxuriate.

The ground floor of Pier Haven features a covered garage with hard to come by premium beach parking with space for 3 cars and an oceanside driveway that can accommodate a 30’+ boat/trailer/RV. The private backyard invites you to Bar-B-Que or indulge in beach games in the sand. The laundry room is completely equipped with a washer, dryer, beach essentials, and an outdoor shower for a exhilarating rinse after soaking up the sun.

Unit A on the upper level features spectacular indoor and outdoor ocean and pier vistas. The living area features all-new furnishings, a color-changing fireplace, and a sizable intelligent TV. Step outside to the covered deck for outdoor dining or revel in the sound of crashing waves and sightings of dolphins. The entirely outfitted kitchen with a enormous island is ideal for preparing meals, and the dining area offers mesmerizing ocean vistas. The first Queen bedroom has access to an oceanside deck, sharing a hallway bathroom with the second Queen bedroom. The cavernous master suite includes a King bed, private full bathroom, direct access to the oceanside deck, peek ocean vistas, and a intelligent TV.

PLEASE BE ADVISED: There is construction on-site at the rear of the building, restricted to Monday through Friday from 8:00am – 5:00pm, expected to continue through May 2024 and is reflected in the discounted pricing. Work will not require access to the interior of the property. Please contact our office if you have any questions regarding the status of construction before booking.

PROVIDED: WIFI, fully supplied kitchen, paper goods, and ALL linens, including linens, bath, and beach towels – a value of $200-300+! Beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens upon arrival, and fluffy towels will be available. Also supplied are ten beach chairs, four body boards, two adult and three kid bicycles, a cooler, a stroller, and a beach cart.
