These waters are known for Black Drum, Amberjack, Atlantic Croaker, Cobia, Dolphin (Mahi Mahi), Gag Grouper, King Mackerel (Kingfish), Grunt, Red Porgy, Flounder, and more – with any luck, it won't take long to hook into some.

On these trips, you can expect to troll and bottom fish using light or heavy tackle.

Looking to get the whole family outdoors? Kids are absolutely welcome! Be sure to ask if child-sized life vests are available, otherwise you should bring your own. And, you can't go wrong with snacks to ward off any mid-trip fatigue!

Capt. Dexter operates a 22' Center console with room for 6 passengers. It comes with all the essentials. There's a toilet on board for your convenience.

Rods, reels, and tackle are covered by the charter, along with lures. Live bait is included, but it's good to ask about this so you know if you'll be catching it yourself.

Before coming aboard, you'll need to buy a local fishing license for everyone in your group. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Some species may be off limits or require a special tag, so make sure you know what to expect.

Don't forget to bring sunscreen (non-spray), a hat, bottled water, and sunglasses. If you'd like to bring other drinks, just ask. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but you should avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
