Drift

Drift is a local cafe built by people who love good coffee and food, serving coffee and brunch.

 

Our team has been inspired by cafes all over the world. Founders Michael and Ben grew up surfing competitively and traveling to find great waves. Throughout these surfing adventures, a desire for coffee formed. It quickly morphed into a pursuit to drink coffee while being immersed in the communities of cafes found in various corners of the globe.

 

We serve things that we enjoy - items that are minimally processed, nutritious, fun and flavorful. Some of which have attachment to traditions of diverse cultures. They are made in-house from clean ingredients, prepared fresh each order.

 

Our premium coffee comes from Ceremony Coffee Roasters, a small-batch, specialty coffee roaster. Our baked goods are made in Wilmington by Love Lydia. The bread we use is baked by Orwashers, an NYC artisan bakery. We use local ingredients when we can.
