"Avalon" This 2nd Row home is privately owned & well maintained. It is located on the East end of Sunset Beach. The close proximity to the beach access is just across Main Street at the 11th Street beach walkway. You can surely savor the morning Breezes or afternoon Sun sets while sitting on the screened or covered porches, or just sunbathing on the sundeck. There is a game room located on the ground level which offers a Ping Pong table. This is a Non Smoking and No Family Animals Accepted home and is Not Equipped for Electric Car Charging. About the Area

This vacation home is located in Sunset Beach. While the natural beauty of Ocean Isle Beach and Holden Beach can be enjoyed by anyone, those looking for an activity can check out Cherry Grove Pier.
Ingram Planetarium and Museum of Coastal Carolina are also worth visiting.

  • Book your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules often become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups book their Summer vacation rentals during Thanksgiving and Christmas get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months along the coast of NC. Booking a rental in the Spring or Fall is our favorite way to save money on your vacation rental. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of acceptable properties. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Southport vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner or host if your family qualifies for a reduced rate.
  • Property management companies often offer customers an option to purchase trip insurance protection.
