Jack & Jill has an open floor plan on the upper level of the home with handsome vistas of the ocean as you prepare or lounge in the living area. It is equipped with WIFI, 10 color cable TVs, 2 washers, 2 dryers, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, elevator, central heating & air, permanent grille, 2 outside showers, sizable decks overlooking ocean & board walk to beach.
On the upper level the 1st king bedroom on right & 1st king bedroom on left share a bathroom. The 2nd king bedroom on left has an en-suite bath as well as the oceanside king bedroom on right. The lower level king bedroom on right and twin bedroom on left share a bathroom. The 2nd bedroom on left has a king bed with en-suite bath as well as the oceanside king bedroom. You will also find a full hall bath on the lower level. This Home Requires a $500 REFUNDABLE DAMAGE DEPOSIT -Nightly units require a departure maid service.

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Sunset Beach. Booking your vacation home in Spring or Fall is our favorite way to save money on your vacation. Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of acceptable homes.
  • The sooner your group can book, the easier your search will be. The most desirable rental homes are reserved early. Booking your rental up to 12 months before your vacation is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental property.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective vacation rental company or host whether your vacationing group qualifies for a special rate.
  • Booking websites typically offer customers an option to add trip insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed trip time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or additional gas expenses.
