This freshly remodeled home offers 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. There is an attached mother-in-law suite featuring its own private entrance at the back, rented separately. The yard and parking are shared with guests in the back studio, but the main home is completely yours and not shared.

The space

It also features a very enormous yard for a downtown property, shared with guests in the back studio.

Guest access

I try to allow guests to check in as early as possible. Because there’s a sizable amount of linens to wash between stays and limited time, the washer/dryer may sometimes have laundry in it so another load can run after the cleaner leaves. You’re welcome to use the washer/dryer, but you may occasionally need to remove a load to do so. If you’d prefer not to handle this, please let me know before check-in, and I’ll ask the cleaner to leave them empty for you.

Other things to note

HVAC Disclaimer:
There is AC (central and a mini-split unit for the back studio). However, on extremely hot days, the system may not be able to lower the temperature below 80°F during peak daytime heat. This is an older home with less efficient insulation, and even with the added mini-split, it can be difficult to offset heat entering from the crawlspace. If you require consistently cooler indoor temperatures, this property may not be the best fit. For this reason, AC is not listed as an amenities, to set clear expectations.

Pet Policy:

Animals are allowed with a $50 fee per each pet for stays of 4 nights or fewer (pet fee will be greater for stays over 4 nights, so please ask before booking if you'd like to check the longer stay pet fee amount). You MUST let me know about any family pets in your welcome Vacation Rental By Owner message. Pet fee is to be paid after booking. Pet fee is NOT supplied in the booking price that Vacation Rental By Owner collects, whether or not you mark pets in the reservation. I ask you to NOT let pets on any furnishings or beds and to pick up any waste in the yard.

Guests and Visitors Policy:

Please ensure that you book for the correct number of guests—pricing is based on the number supplied, and adjustments will be required if this changes.

Only the registered number of guests are allowed on the property (including visitors who do not stay overnight) unless prior approval is given.

Short visits from one or two visitors during your stay are allowed. For more than two visitors, the guest count must be increased and any price difference paid.

Unauthorized guests may result in a canceled reservation.

No events, events, or gatherings are allowed.

An outdoor security camera is installed at the front entrance to monitor guest and pet compliance.
