Continue to the inside of the home and you will find an open concept boasting a comfortable upsized couch and loveseat with a gorgeously appointed, refreshed kitchen outfitted with all new appliances and countertops. The home has two sets of Twin bunk beds in one room, a Queen in another, and a King bedroom with an attached Master Bathroom. After a day at the beach come back, tidy off in the hot/cold outdoor shower, and relax. The back of the home has a freshly created screened-in game room area complete with a ping pong table, darts, an outdoor refrigerator, microwave, and bar seating for 4. The backyard offers privacy and there is plenty of space to play a game of Cornhole, Bocce, croquet, or just toss the ball around. Additionally, the back of the home offers a great outdoor space with table and chairs. Centrally located just off of Oak island Drive, this home is only a speedy 8 min. walk to the Oak Island Pier and close to many of the stores and eateries in Oak Island.
