This cavernous and well-appointed 4 bedroom 2 bathroom home offers a comfortable and fun stay for your group, located on the East end of Ocean Isle Beach. **Living and Dining Areas**
The living room is a ideal spot to relax after a day of exploring the white sandy beach. It features two cozy couches - a 3-seater and a 2-seater, complemented by a comfortable armchair. Entertainment options include a Samsung TV with Roku, providing countless streaming possibilities. Adjacent to the living area, you'll find a pretty dining space with a sizable table seating 6 guests. For a fast breakfast or a casual meal, there's also a breakfast bar with two stools and three additional bar stools.

**Kitchen**
The well-equipped kitchen is a dream for any culinary enthusiast. It features a combination drip and pod coffee maker, ideal for your morning brew. The sleek black appliances add a touch of sophistication, and a toaster is also supplied for your convenience.

PLEASE READ RULES / NOTES PRIOR TO BOOKING:
You must be at least 28 years old to book and if your group is not related, the average age of all adults (not including kids) must not be under 30 years old.

NO home events, prom events, weddings, rehearsal dinners, or any other events of any kind

NO Animals — if you bring an unauthorized pet you will be asked to leave immediately and no refund will be given.

NO Smoking inside or on/around the premise

NO fire pits or deep fryers allowed on premise

Please be aware that there are exterior security cameras located on the premises directed towards the parking area and/or entrances for added security and tranquility of mind.

In the peak season (Memorial Day - Labor Day), whole home linens and towels are part of the cleaning fee and are included in your reservation. All beds will be made up upon arrival with top and fitted sheets, pillow cases, and 1 set of towels will be supplied per person (1 set includes: 1 body towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth), and a kitchen towel.
**In the off-season (Labor Day - Memorial Day), linens and towels are NOT supplied in your reservation and are an optional additional fee of $200 at the time of booking. You can choose to bring your own linens and towels, or rent through a third event. (Last min. bookings: We need at least 24-hour notice in order to provide linens!)**
