Four bedrooms accommodate sleeping for up to 10 people (1 king, 3 queens, 1 full), with three full baths and one half bath. Tankless water heater insures everybody can savor taking hot showers throughout their stay.

Substantial charmingly decorated master bedroom with king bed is conveniently located on the first floor making it even better for those who don’t do well with stairs. Front bedroom overlooking the water (where the full size Murphy Bed is located) has been turned into a elegant, airy bar where good times can be had by all. There is a TV over the bar for watching ballgames and more, as well as a Keurig coffee pot and mini-refrigerator for convenience. Throw in a whiskey barrel, bar stools, some disco lighting, and a striking porch and it's the ideal hangout spot!

Roundabout driveway provides plenty of parking. Guests are asked to put all cars in the driveways and not park on the street, per town rules. Huge backyard and back patio area provides space for hanging outside, playing corn hole and appreciating the sun in the afternoons. Outdoor shower beside the back porch makes it convenient to wash the sand off before entering the home as well as provide an additional shower space.
