The peaceful and natural marsh is the ideal backdrop for appreciating your morning coffee or an evening drink. The serenity of the marsh is captivating, and the outdoor spaces are ideal for both calming and entertaining. Located at the end of Clippership Drive, this home is just a fast walk to a private community beach access, and you even have a private swimming pool (open from Easter through October)! You do not want to miss the vistas from this splendid island home.

There is also an outdoor cooking space with a constructed-in gas grille, sink, and drink refrigerator. Cool down with a dip in the pool, then prepare lunch al fresco while dining at the outdoor kitchen bar area. In the evenings, savor corn hole in the side yard, or when it's chillier, build a comfortable blaze in the fire pit and take in the sunset. Firewood, lighters, and fire starters are not supplied. Inside, you'll find four bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, and plenty of space to relax.

The open kitchen, dining, and living room area is filled with natural light and refreshed details to enhance your culinary experience. The modern kitchen features updated appliances, elevated finishes, and everything you need to prepare the ideal seafood meal. There's even a modest beverage refrigerator and bar area to make winding down a breeze. Upstairs, you'll also find a den area that's ideal for movie nighttime.
Embrace the warmth of southern 'Hobbspitality'! Savor a welcome set of starter amenities, including one roll of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, dish soap, and a sponge. All bathrooms include one roll of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap. Your beds are made with fresh linens and a lightweight blanket, so you can jump right into making memories rather than making beds! While we provide a lightweight blanket, we urge you to bring additional layers for your comfort. Please note that while top bunk beds, trundles, sleeper couches, futons, and daybeds will not be made, we will provide fresh linens for them.

We're excited to include cabana service with weekly stays from Easter through October—no hauling, no hassle, just more time to relax by the sea! In partnership with Beach Boys Cabanas, your shaded cabana will be set up and taken down each day (Sunday–Friday, weather permitting, at the vendor's discretion).
