This condo unit is appealingly located just across the street from the ocean—roughly 60 feet away—and offers gorgeous three-sided ocean vistas. While the property was previously considered oceanfront, recent coastal erosion and the addition of enormous rocks have altered direct beach access. Guests can now comfortably reach the sand via a short walk to either the close by state park entrance to the north or the beach access path off Carolina Beach Avenue to the south. A convenient hose is supplied for rinsing off sand before entering the unit.
