First floor (downstairs)- 4 bedrooms- 4 bedrooms with king size beds. 1 bedroom with queen size bed. 1 bedroom with queen size bed and 1 twin bunk bed. Living area has pull out couch. Futon located in master bedroom for additional sleeping. 4 bathrooms located downstairs. Upstairs (2nd floor) bedrooms- 3 bedrooms- 2 king size bedrooms. 1 bedroom with 1 full size bunk bed and 1 twin size bunk bed. 3 bathrooms upstairs.
