Throughout this first floor suite you will find the charm of a home constructed ten years before the Civil War, such as gorgeous plaster crown molding and original well maintained wood floors, while being upgraded to give you modern conveniences to help you relax and appreciate your time. This rental is for ground floor only... the home was converted to a duplex in the early 1900's. My wife and I stay upstairs for most of the year and it is never rented. The upstairs has a separate entrance and there are no shared spaces.
