With three bedrooms on the upper level, all with breathtaking vistas, this home is sure to please. All three bedrooms upstairs have king beds. The private Master Suite has a huge Jacuzzi tub and access to a covered viewing outdoor space which looks out over the sound and Intracoastal Waterway. The fourth bedroom is on the main level and can be used as TV room or bedroom and includes a queen sleeper couch and a amazing sound view. Animals are not allowed due to homeowner's allergies.

As of July 2021, the owner added a dock to the unit which offers access to fishing, paddle boarding, and kayaking, as well as spectacular sunset vistas!
