This oceanfront condo, located on the ground level, offers a handsome ocean

view and is the ideal choice for families or anyone who prefers the

elevators, you can savor simple access to the beach and a cavernous lawn ideal

for games and calming. The condo is thoughtfully decorated with the owner's

features a full kitchen with all the necessary cookware and dishes, ideal

  • Book your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually open twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families reserve their Summer rentals during holiday get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Hosts and Property managers sometimes offer discounts for veterans and active duty military. Remember to ask your property manager if special discounts are available for your group.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners often offer customers an option to obtain trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which will generally cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed days as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel or extra gas expenses.   • Go through the rental a final time and scan for any damage. We advise walking through with the host whenever you can. If the host is not available, remember to take photos and video of the property to record its condition.

If your rental and/or property management company was terrific, they always love to hear your praise.
