Roomy oceanfront two bedroom, two bath condo awaits you for your next fun filled family vacation! This condo has everything you need for a ideal beach hideaway!

2 Bedrooms / 2 Bathrooms / Sleeps 4.


Living Room: Two couches that can seat up to six comfortably, TV, access to oceanfront balcony.

Kitchen/Dining Room: Entirely equipped kitchen, regular drip coffee pot, dining table with seating for six.

Master Bedroom: Queen bed, private balcony, attached master bath with walk in shower.

Guest Bedroom: Queen bed, private balcony.

Hall Bathroom: Full Bath with Walk-In shower.

Laundry: Full Washer and Dryer in kitchen.

Parking: Two parking passes supplied.

Arrival/Departure:

Keyed entry. You will need to stop by the office for check-in.

Check-In: 4:00PM.

Check-Out: 10:00AM.

You may call our office to see if an early check-in/late check-out is available. Early check-in/Late check-out fee is $25 per hour.

Items to Bring:

Paper towels and toilet tissue, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies and beach towels/items.

Things to Do:

Lose yourself in all the area has to offer, including paddle boating on the close by lake, exploring historic Fort Fisher or the local aquarium, or going to Wilmington and seeing all that the Port City has available. Explore in the Carolina Beach State Park, take a fishing charter out to the deep sea for the day, or savor a calming day on the beach at Freeman Park. Sleep in or get up early to watch the handsome sunrises accompanied by dolphins and shrimp boats. Every week in the summer, you have Fireworks at the Carolina Beach Boardwalk. There's activity on The Island year-round!

Registered Guests Must Be 25 Years of Age. Family groups only. No sororities, fraternities, prom groups, etc. You will be asked to vacate immediately if you misrepresent yourself or others in your group. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is STRICTLY enforced. Exceeding the stated occupancy will result in rental termination. NO refund will be given if you are asked to vacate the premises.

  • Protect the rental owner (and your stuff!) by locking and securing the home when you are out, just like you would back home.
  • On check-out day, complete a final walk-through to confirm you haven't leave anything behind. Re-check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Go through the property a final time and keep an eye out for damages to contents or the property itself. We recommend walking through with the property manager whenever you can. If the manager isn't available, remember to take photos of the rental to record its condition.
  • After your trip, leave feedback! Property managers rely on good feedback to drive new bookings. They'll be grateful for your feedback.
