Step out the front door and you're just 100 steps from both the private pier on the Intracoastal and Marsh Walk's private beach access which accepts fast, painless entrance to the white sand beach and waves. Load your beach wagon and in less than a 3-min. walk, your toes are in the sand, and you're ready to set up your spot on the beach. If you forget anything or need to replenish supplies, it's a quick walk back to the home. The private pier on the Intracoastal has a boat slip as well as a high deck with striking vistas of the natural habitat – it's a great spot for watching birds and boats, and for fishing. A enormous master bedroom is located just off the main living area and features a king size bed, TV, private bathroom with a double vanity sink and charming walk-in shower.
