The home is right beside the Island Way restaurant, Sea Horse Bar, and Ocean Crest Pier. It is ideal for a huge group or two families. It has a duplex layout with a enormous adjoining door between the East and West side. Each side has 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a kitchen and den. Each den has a sleeper couch. The home faces due South, so at certain times of the year you can watch both the sunrise and sunset over the water. The view of the pier, where surfers also congregate, is one of the things that makes this home special. The home has 5G wireless and two 55 inch Samsung TV's in the dens. There are also intelligent TV's in both master bedrooms with adjoining baths. The home has 8 poly-wood rockers on a shaded porch, and an outside shower. Linens and Departure cleaning service are supplied in your rental.
