Oceanfront, first floor condo with private walkway to the beach. Our comfortable condo offers 2 bedrooms/ 2 baths and has everything you will need for a ideal vacation hideaway.
* 2 parking spaces are located in the gravel parking area.
*Animals are allowed with a pet fee- $125 non-returnable pet fee for one dog and a $200 non-returnable pet fee for two dogs.

Just steps to the beach through your own private walkway. The Mermaids Retreat is located roughly 15-20 walking distance to the pier and only about 5-10 mins. from the boardwalk. The condo features two bedrooms with one queen sized bed in the master bedroom and 2 twin sized beds in the second bedroom. Entirely equipped kitchen and washer & dryer available. Private parking.

Trip insurance, which commonly costs between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel or extra gas expenses. • Inspect the property one final time and scan for damage. We advise walking through with the host whenever possible. If the host isn't available, remember to take video of the rental to record its condition.
• Did your family have a wonderful vacation? Most rental managers make it easy for travelers to provide feedback. If your property and/or property management company was terrific, they would love to hear it. If anything was wrong and they failed to address it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make a note as part of your review.
