The ground level includes a two-car garage that can accommodate two cars depending on their size. Nearby paid street parking is first come first serve on Seagull Street.

An open outdoor shower is available to rinse off in after a long day in the sand and sun plus guest can enjoy the propane grille to prepare up the fresh catch of the day.

Parking instructions:
There are 2 garage spaces available, depending on car size. Vehicles are not allowed to stick out of driveway into the street. Any additional cars that do not fit at the property must park in paid public parking.

PROVIDED: WIFI, entirely outfitted kitchen, paper goods and ALL linens, including all linens + bath + beach towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately ($200-300+ value)! When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. Beach bicycles, cooler, beach cart and beach accessories are also included for your enjoyment and are conveniently located in the garage.

Sea Scape requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement on file that will be emailed to you after booking. Once you’ve booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay. Sea Scape reserves the right to cancel your booking if the rental agreement is not finished within 48hrs.
