Building is elevated, so you have a 2nd floor view. This bright and airy condo has ceramic tile and beachy decor. Features refreshed kitchen & alluring master bath with walk in shower. There is a king bed in the oceanfront master bedroom, a queen in the second bedroom, 4 twins (bunk beds) in the third bedroom, and a queen couch sleeper in the living area. Bedrooms are carpeted; Flat Screen TVs in living & all bedrooms. 3 DVD players-living, 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. Max Occupancy is still 8. Unit features high speed internet. Getting the most from your rental home budget:

• June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Carolina Beach. Booking in the Spring or Fall is our favorite way to save money on your vacation rental. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of desirable homes. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer months. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Southport vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
• The sooner you can book, the easier your search will be. The best vacation homes are reserved very early. Reserving your rental 6-12 months before your vacation is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental home.
• Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective vacation rental company or host if your family qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
• Property managers usually offer renters an option to buy vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed vacation time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or additional gasoline expenses. • If there's a specific Southport beach you are crazy about, search for homes that are either close by, or those that cater to your desires.
• Proper accessibility can make or break a vacation for guests that require the use of a wheelchair. Confirm all required amenities are included before reserving a rental.
• Are you traveling with furry, four-legged family members? Although a number of vacation homes allow pets or animals, guidelines and costs vary per property. • When it's time to leave, complete a walk-through to confirm you did not leave anything behind. Make sure to check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
• Record a video to document the condition of the property.
• Did you have a fantastic vacation? Many rental managers make it easy for vacationers to provide feedback. If your rental property and/or host was fantastic, they would love to hear about it. If anything was amiss and they failed to fix it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make a note as part of your review.
