Water lovers will feel right at home—bring your boat, kayak, or fishing gear and appreciate simple access to the canal from the 26-foot floating dock, suitable for both sizable and modest vessels. The cavernous backyard along the waterway is ideal for calming and entertaining, featuring a BBQ grille, picnic table, Polywood outdoor furnishings, and an upsized deck overlooking the canal. Two covered porches provide plenty of seating for gathering with family and friends, and a hot and cold outdoor shower with dressing area is located at ground level for convenience.

Inside, the home features an open floor plan with high ceilings and three enormous sliding glass doors that showcase the serene canal vistas. The refreshed kitchen overlooks the water and is completely outfitted for meal preparation, with an adjacent covered porch ideal for outdoor dining.
