Updates include NEW HVAC, BRAND NEW EPOXY FLOORS- one of kind design- you have to see it to believe it, freshly painted walls, new water heaters, new plumbing, updated furnishings, D/W, W/D, private enclosed outside shower, 2 car parking and more. Bed Linens supplied, towels NOT supplied.. No Smoking.
The octagonal deck is ONLY accessible from WAVE WONDER or if you rent the full home WAVE SHACK. It is not accessible through a Sand Shack only rental.
