With two living levels, four bedrooms, a dedicated workspace, and an impressive game room, this roomy home offers something for everybody. Step inside the welcoming entryway and head upstairs to the open-concept great room. Tall ceilings and generous windows bathe the space in natural light, creating a bright, airy, and cheerful getaway.

The kitchen is a chef’s dream—completely equipped and then some. Stocked with spices, condiments, and plenty of tools for both fast snacks and gourmet meals, it’s the ideal space for any kind of cooking. Whether you prefer to dine out and discover the island’s eateries or stay in and make memories around the dinner table - You’ll have everything you need. After dinner, comfortable up on the plush couch for a movie nighttime or sip a drink on the deck as you savor sea breezes and a bit of people-watching.

Down the hall, you’ll find a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo, laundry area, and two guest bedrooms. The bunk room is a kid-favorite with two twin-over-twin bunk beds, while the second guest bedroom features a cozy queen-sized bed and ample closet space. The primary suite offers a queen bed, intelligent TV, and private en suite with walk-in shower. Please note that the closet is not available to guests, but alternate hanging options are included for your convenience.

Upstairs, the real fun begins! The fantastic game room includes a pool table, casino-style game table, enormous flat-screen TV, and even a dedicated workspace with privacy doors—ideal for remote work or hopping on a quick call. A private fourth bedroom with a queen bed and shared full bathroom with walk-in shower complete the upper level.

Parking: Assigned parking on site for 2 cars.
Pet Policy: No family pets allowed.
Prohibited: Family Animals, Smoking, Use of Fireplace, RV’s, Boats, Boat Trailers, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund.  All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-returnable cancellation costs and travel insurance (if applicable).
