Three Seas at the Beach is a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhouse constructed in 2021 with bespoke finishes throughout. This property is an painless 4 min. walk to the beach. You will see a pride of ownership throughout this home, which is extremely well maintained and in magnificant condition. We hope you feel welcome when you stay!

The Space:
Appreciate the reverse floor plan with the kitchen and living room on the top level! Two private patios allow you to appreciate the fresh ocean breeze! Close to most everything on the island, and you'll appreciate the proximity to the beach!

All Going Coastal properties include bed linens, bathing towels, and paper products. Please bring your own beach gear, or we can recommend our favorite local vendors for units.

Three Seas is centrally located to access all outdoor activities "Pleasure Island" has to offer fishing, boating, cycling, surfing, kayaking, and deep sea charters. Many extraordinary eateries, eclectic drinking holes and coffee stores + Historic Ft. Fisher and the NC Aquarium. Check out Carolina Beach’s new mural project too! There is a Beach re-nourishment done in Carolina and Kure beach every 3 years. This helps to keep our beaches safe from erosion. Please note that we have no control over this project and that it is normally concluded by May, but there is a possibility of delays.

Wilmington Beach, a neighborhood in Carolina Beach, is home to this vacation home. Fort Fisher State Historic Site and Old Brunswick County Jail Museum are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include Carolina Beach Boardwalk and Odysea Surf and Kiteboard School. North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher and Tregembo Animal Park are also worth visiting.

• Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner or host if your family qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
• Management companies and individual rental owners usually offer their guests an option to add trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed days as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or additional gas expenses.
