The condominium has been completely modernized including the lock-out unit. We have upgraded the interior to include new refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave and range in the main kitchen. The mini-suite offers a new dishwasher and microwave. The remodel includes new floor and counter-tops in kitchens and bathrooms new faucets and light fixtures and fresh paint through-out.
The condo is cavernous, clean, and completely supplied with bed linens, wash cloths and towels-DO NOT take any towels or linens included out of the unit. Guest must provide their own beach towels and/or beach blankets. There are ceiling fans in the living room and bedrooms. The full-size kitchen offers everything you will need during your stay.
This roomy ground floor condo with central air/heat is gorgeously decorated and provides 2 enormous bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Each bedroom provides 2 queen size beds with new beds and wall mounted flat screen TVs. The living room includes a new couch and adore seat and mounted flat screen. The unit offers complimentary cable and internet. The kitchenette includes 6 chairs and there are 2 bar stools available at eat-in kitchen island.
Sea Trail Plantation offers amenities including 2 pools (modest daily fee), 2 resident clubhouses, three 18 hole golf courses, eateries, library, exercise center, tennis courts and community garden. The Sea Trail Village Activity Center (VAC) is open to the public. Located in Sea Trail, a neighborhood in Sunset Beach, this condo is next to a golf course and on a river. While the natural beauty of Ocean Isle Beach and Holden Beach can be enjoyed by anyone, those looking for an activity can check out Cherry Grove Pier.

How to get the best value:

  • In the Southport area, The sooner you can book, the easier your search will be. The most desirable rental properties are reserved very early. Reserving your rental home 6-12 months before your vacation dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and book your rental home.
  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in coastal NC. To find the most suitable rental home within budget, we strongly suggest booking in Spring or Fall. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, better selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of giant crowds at your favorite Southport restaurants and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to book a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable during June, July, and August.
  • Property managers sometimes offer discounts or promotional rates for veterans. Remember to ask your property manager if special offers are available for your family before you book.
  • Property managers typically offer guests an option to obtain trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which commonly will cost between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance might be a a life-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for additional information.
  • Find a copy of your local Southport visitors guide magazine upon arrival. If your rental property doesn't have one, you can find them at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers.   • Go through the property a final time and scan for any damage. We advise walking through with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host isn't available, remember to take photos of the property to record its condition.
