Private Caribbean Bay in-ground pool, enclosed outside shower with hot and cold water, charcoal grille. Beach access is just across the street and one home to the left. Two covered porches and two open decks with plenty of furnishings for the whole family.
Reverse floor plan with half bath in kitchen, luxury vinyl plank floor throughout, granite countertops, granite tile floor in baths. Stainless steel appliances, two ovens and drink cooler. Top level has a pool table, table board games and 360-degree vistas of ocean and marsh. Five TVs with basic cable, DVD/VCR combo, wireless internet access.
