This bright and cheerful, lower level unit is complete with a roomy open-concept living room/dining room/kitchen area. You will appreciate the modern and comfortable furnishings with refreshed lighting and ceiling fans throughout. The living room is complete with a flat screen TV and a wet bar. The dining table seats 4 and additional seating for 4 at the kitchen bar. This property has been freshly updated with a new washer/dryer, AC System, TV's, appliances, and cabinets in 2022. This unit will sleep up to 4 guests in beds including a Queen in the Master oceanfront bedroom with private bath, and, two twin beds in the second bedroom.

Located in Holden Beach, this condo is near the beach. Old Brunswick County Jail Museum and Bald Head Island Lighthouse are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Carolina National Golf Club and Ocean Ridge Plantation. Planet Fun and Bald Head Island Information Center are also worth visiting.
