This is the only private, gated community building on the boardwalk with an elevator and covered parking, located next to the Hampton Inn.

Walk or ride your bicycle to basically ANYTHING in CB! Guests using one bedroom suites are allowed one paper parking pass. There is first come first serve, covered parking under the building and if that is full, there are two tons across the street marked with a Cabana Owners and guests sign. There is a paid parking lot between the two cabana tons.
PLEASE download the AirBnB app on your phone BEFORE you leave for your trip so you have fast access to ALL check-in instructions, access codes, WiFi info, your home manual & guidebook. If you need help accessing this info or have a question please keep ALL communication via the AirBnb app - this is what they prefer we do.

Located in Carolina Beach, this condo is on the waterfront. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Carolina Beach and Kure Beach, while Carolina Beach Boardwalk and North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher are popular area attractions. • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Local residents can usually help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to see a beautiful sunrise or sunset, have a great night out, or the best spots for bird watching?
• On check-out day, complete a final walk-through to make sure you haven't forget anything. Check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
• Walk through the property a final time and scan for damages to contents or the property itself. We recommend walking through with the host whenever possible. If the host isn't available, ensure that you take photos of the property to record its condition at check-out.
• Did your group have a terrific vacation? Most rental management companies make it easy for clients to provide comments. If your property and/or property management company was fantastic, they always love to hear your praise. If anything was inoperable and they failed to fix it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your review.
