Upstairs is the kitchen, living room, and master with another full bath. Just down the street from Commons Park, and with a private dock in the community leading to marsh access for fishing & crabbing, this is the ideal place for a calming hideaway on Bald Head Island! A 6 passenger golf cart is supplied in the rental, and a temporary membership to The BHI Club & Shoals Club is available for separate purchase to savor private pool access, dining, and gorgeous East Beach! Getting the most from your spending budget:

• June, July, and August are high season in the Southport area. Booking a rental in Fall or Spring months is our best tip for saving money on your rental home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of acceptable homes.
• Reserve your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules often become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families reserve their Summer vacation rentals during Winter holiday gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
• Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective vacation rental company or host whether your group qualifies for a special rate.
• Management companies and individual rental owners often offer renters an option to purchase trip insurance protection. • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
• Did your family have a terrific vacation? Many rental home management companies make it easy for guests to provide comments. If your rental property and/or property manager was great, they will likely appreciate your kind words.
