"Pointe of View" a privately owned cavernous duplex with extraordinary vistas located on the East end of the island. One of the most handsome areas on the island with vistas of the Atlantic Ocean, Bay and the Intracoastal with just a short walk to the beautiful white sandy strand area. Located in Sunset Beach, this vacation home is by the ocean. While the natural beauty of Ocean Isle Beach and Holden Beach can be enjoyed by anyone, those looking for an activity can check out Cherry Grove Pier.
Ingram Planetarium and Museum of Coastal Carolina are also worth visiting.

Get the best rental home value:

  • In the Southport area, The sooner you can book a vacation home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable properties are booked early. Booking your rental property 6-12 months before your vacation is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to plan and book your rental home.
  • Summer is the most expensive season in coastal NC. Book your Southport rental property in Spring or Fall to enjoy warm weather while saving money and avoiding crowds.
