Interior amenities include a dishwasher, washer, dryer, microwave, coffee maker, central heating and air, 6 Merge TVs, 2 dvd players, WIFI, Cable modem, ceiling fans. Outdoor amenities are an outside shower, permanent grille, screen porch, sun deck, covered porch, floating dock.
This is stringently a ****NON SMOKING*** & ***NO FAMILY PETS *** home. HOME IS NOT EQUIPPED FOR ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING.
