Slo N Ez West, a handsome, privately owned, well maintained, ocean front home located on the West end of the Island with spectacular vistas of the Atlantic Ocean. Interior amenities include a washer, dryer, connecting doors, dishwasher, coffee maker, central heat & air, 4 color cable TVs, 4 DVD players, WIFI & ceiling fans. Exterior amenities include an outside shower, permanent grille, screen porch, covered porch & sundeck. This is stringently a ***NON SMOKING *** & ***NO FAMILY PETS*** home. HOME IS NOT EQUIPPED FOR ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING. Nightly units require a departure maid service.

About the Area

Located in Sunset Beach, this vacation home is by the ocean. Sunset River Marketplace and Museum of Coastal Carolina are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Rees Jones Golf Course and Willard Byrd Golf Course. Ingram Planetarium and Tribal Island are also worth visiting.

Note that most property listings specify the max. guest capacity, which typically includes pull out couches in living rooms. You will need to determine what bed configuration is optimal for your family.
  • Some rentals allow pets, but others do not. Acceptable types of family pet, weight and breeds may be restricted, and added charges may apply. Ask the owner about pets before booking.
  • Are you visiting for a specific event or attraction? Try a map search to browse nearby rentals.
  • Proper accessibility amenities can make or break a vacation for the less-mobile. .

During your stay:

  • We recommend storing the manager's information in your smartphone and wallet.
  • Ask questions. You may want instructions for a garage door opener, stereo or washer/dryer. Contact your owner. They are there to help! A brief call prevents many problems.
  • Keep the property locked while you are away! Don't let burglars spoil your vacation.
  • During arrival, record any damages to the rental property and immediately alert the owner. Record all coorespondence.
  • Don't forget to respect your neighbors. Often, nearby homes are filled by local residents. Respecting quiet hours and parking regulations is the right thing to do.
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Residents can typically point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to charter a fishing boat, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for shopping?
  • On check-out day, take a walk-through to make sure you haven't forget any personal items. Make sure to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Go through the rental a final time and scan for damages to contents or the property itself. We recommend walking through with the host whenever possible. If the property manager is not available, remember to take photographs of the rental to record its condition.
  • Leave a review! Hosts rely on excellent feedback to drive new bookings. They'll be thankful for your feedback. Alternatively, if something wasn't right, other families will will be grateful for your feedback and help them have the best future vacation. Be fair with your review.
