**Family Animals allowed - please note dogs will not be able to go to the 2nd floor unless they are modest enough to be carried due to the spiral staircase. No family pets on the furnishings (fee incurred if this rule is broken)!
We have a 2nd unit (duplex) that is the same layout available for rent as well. You can open up the front porch divider to have 1 enormous porch and this will also give you 3 more BR's and 2 more baths. See listing 7595197 for more info. 10% discount on 2nd unit if rented together.
