Interior amenities include a washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, central heat & air, wet bar with complimentary standing ice machine, 2 color cable TVs, 2 DVD player, WIFI, Jacuzzi tub & ceiling fans. Exterior amenities include an outside shower, permanent grille, sun deck & covered porch. This is stringently a ***NON SMOKING*** & ***NO FAMILY PETS*** home.
