Get the best of all worlds – simple access to the beach, Jinks Creek, and the pool! Only a 3-4 min. walk to beach access, and very close access to 1 of 2 Island Park community docks on Jinks Creek, where you can paddle board and fish to your heart’s content. One of two neighborhood pools (open 4/1-10/31) is directly across the street, with painless pool viewing from the deck. Catch the spectacular sunsets over Jinks Creek from the porch, and even a little glimpse of the ocean from the deck. Wake up in an open floorplan with ample natural light in the living space. Sleeps 8 in beds, but could accommodate up to 10, with queen couch bed and/or 2 twin air beds. No need to haul linens, towels, and beach chairs to and from home -- all of this is included for your convenience! The downstairs king bedroom has a huge screen intelligent TV and the most comfortable bed for a good nighttime's rest! The upstairs king bedroom has another ultra comfortable bed and a intelligent TV. The living room has an adjustable sizable screen intelligent TV. Savor showering al fresco in the cavernous outdoor shower. Grille, beach chairs, beach cart and paddleboard available for your use. Plenty of outdoor seating to appreciate the sound of the ocean and the ocean breezes. Automatic cozy string lights illuminate the outdoor area for enjoyment after the sun sets.

Located in Ocean Isle Beach, this vacation home is near the beach. While the natural beauty of Ocean Isle Beach and Holden Beach can be enjoyed by anyone, those looking for an activity can check out Cherry Grove Pier.
