Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of acceptable homes. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to book a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer months. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Southport vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
• The sooner your group can reserve a vacation rental, the easier your search will be. The best rental homes are reserved very early. Booking your vacation home 6-12 months before your vacation is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to search for and book your vacation rental.
