This section of the oceanfront triplex offers 5 bedrooms plus modest additional room and 5 bathrooms. The entire oceanfront triplex shares a pool and two beach accesses. Relish includes such as central heat and air, 2 fridges, dishwasher, microwave, washer & dryer, 6 cable TV's, DVD players, wireless internet, sun decks, a shared gazebo, and an outdoor shower. 

On the main level there is the King master bedroom with a private bathroom. There is a bathroom off of the hallway. There is also a additional sleeping area that is a room with a Double/Single bunk bed. Upstairs there are four bedrooms that each have two Queen beds and there are three hallway bathrooms. 

Rate includes departure cleaning, bed linens, and bath towels. No smoking. Accommodates 20.

Rent all three of these units for family get-togethers or weddings and have everybody under one roof! All three units sleep 60 in total. Telephone for details.

Units are weekly only in season 5/25/2019-9/7/2019.
3-nighttime minimum 9/8/2018-5/25/2019 and 9/7/2019-12/31/2019. Some restrictions apply. 

Paper goods and soaps are not supplied. No family dogs and cats. Ask about pet amiable units if needed.
