Kitchen is completely equipped with dinning table for 8 and very enormous counter top that seats 10 very comfortably with stools. glass tile back splash. 2 fridges, dishwasher. electric range, w/d, charcoal grille outside. HDTV. Wifi and plasma Tv with Cable in all Rooms. 2 king. 3 queen, 1 BR with 3 dbl, 1 br with 3 singles, 1 br 2singles and 1 BR with dbl and a twin. Threee bedrooms face the ocean. You'll enjoy lower rates, better selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of large crowds at the beach and popular attractions. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to book a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable during June, July, and August. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Southport vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
  • In the Southport area, The sooner you can reserve a vacation home, the easier your search will be. The best rental homes are reserved early.   • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
