Located less than 400 feet from the nearest public beach access, Atlantic Horizon provides space for the whole crew to go along with a private pool, hot tub, shuffleboard table and pool table! If you want your pups to take a vacation as well this home accepts up to three dogs per reservation.

The first level grants you access to the deck lined with a private pool and hot tub to go along with six king bedrooms and a bunk room with one double-over-double bunk bed and one twin-over-twin bunk bed. If you need a break from the sun, the pool room features a kitchenette and lounge area with a full refrigerator, counterspace and microwave.

The top floor homes the main living space that features a huge kitchen and dining area beside the great room and pool table. It's the ideal spot to chill out after a day in the sun. Right off the living area there are three additional king bedrooms and three full and one half bathrooms.

About the Area

Located near the beach, this vacation home is in Long Beach, a neighborhood in Oak Island. Bald Head Island Lighthouse and Old Brunswick County Jail Museum are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include Bald Head Island Information Center and North Carolina Maritime Museum at Southport. Scuba diving and fishing offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with horse riding and cycling nearby.

Get the most from your vacation rental budget:

  • Reserve your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules generally become available a year in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups book their Summer rental homes during Winter holiday gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.

Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of suitable homes.   • Property managers sometimes offer promotional rates for veterans. Make sure to check with your property manager to see if special offers are available for your group.
  • Booking websites often offer renters an option to buy vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which usually costs between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed days as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel stay or extra gas expenses.
