When to go & When to book:

June, July, and August are high season in the Southport area. Booking your vacation rental in the Spring or Fall is our favorite way to save money on your vacation home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of suitable properties. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Southport vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
The earlier you can book a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The best vacation homes are reserved very early. Booking your rental property six to twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and book your vacation rental.
Property managers sometimes offer promotional rates for active duty military and veterans. Remember to ask your property manager if discounts are available for your group before you book.
