**Seasonal community pool hours are 9:00am until 7:00 pm daily, weather permitting, from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Pool may be subject to closing for events. Pool schedule is reliable but not guaranteed**

Parking instructions:
Parking in driveway/carport 10-12 cars depending on size. Any additional cars that do not fit at the property must park in paid public parking.

PROVIDED: WIFI, completely outfitted kitchen, paper goods, and ALL linens, including all linens + bath + beach towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately ($200-300+ value)! When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. Beach bicycles, cooler, beach cart, and beach accessories are also included for your enjoyment.

**Construction is scheduled to take place next door. This may impact noise levels in the vicinity. Please contact our office if you have any questions regarding the status of construction before booking.**

Sea Scape requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement on file that will be emailed to you after booking. Once you've booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay. Sea Scape reserves the right to cancel your booking if the rental agreement is not finished within 48hrs.
